Abstract

A method has been devised for the determination of proteolytic activity. The method, which depends on turbidity measurements or’ Casein, is quick and simple, uses the minimum of equipment and can be used by relatively unskilled assistants. It is suggested that, by this method, enzyme unhairing baths can be made up to strength accurately before re-use.
