Establishment of Mathematical Model for the Influence of Physical and Mechanical Properties of RL/CR Composites

Abstract

In this paper, the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process ) method is used to establish the mathematical model of four influencing factors, namely the amount of sizing, hot pressing temperature, hot pressing pressure and hot pressing time, regarding the physical and mechanical properties and comprehensive properties of RL/CR (RL recycled leather, CR chloroprene rubber adhesive). The analysis shows that the influencing laws of each factor on the total physical and mechanical properties of RL/CR and each of the typical physical and mechanical properties is basically consistent. The influence weights in order from high to low are: the amount of sizing, hot pressing pressure, hot pressing temperature and hot pressing time, among which the influence of hot pressing time on RL/CR performance is very weak and can be ignored.
