Determination Of Chromium(VI) Extracted From Leather By Artificial Perspiration
Abstract
Determination of Chromium(VI) in leather using extraction with an artificial perspiration solution and subsequent determination with a DPC photometric method has been studied. The results show that correlation coefficient was 0.9999, which testifies to the good linearity of this method. Furthermore, RSD (n = 8) and the recovery percentage were 2.05% and 94.3%-103.8%, which also illustrates the feasibility and reliability of the method.
