Abstract

Natural leather has good moisture permeability, while polyurethane film has good elasticity and water resistance. In order to study the change trend of moisture permeability of natural leather and polyurethane-coated natural leather, this paper tested the moisture permeability of sheepskin and polyurethane-coated sheepskin under different time and temperature conditions. The results showed that the moisture permeability of sheepskin and PU-coated sheepskin increased with the increase of temperature. The moisture permeability of the two leather was: sheepskin>PU-coated sheepskin.
