Synthesis and Performance of Nano-Encapsulated Phase Change Materials for Leather
Abstract
The nano-encapsulated phase change materials for leather with octadecane as core and polystyrene as shell were prepared by mini-emulsion polymerization. Nano-titanium dioxide was added in the preparation. The prepared nano-encapsulated phase change material for leather has good performance which can improve the temperature control and the comfort properties of leather.
