Society of Dyers and Colourists Conference

The Society of Dyers and Colourists Conference took place on Thursday 15th October in Bradford, UK.  Our SLTC President, Deborah Taylor, attended and took part in a panel discussion about the value and benefits of greater collaboration between our two Societies. 

The programme for the day included many topics and discussions that would be just as relevant for our SLTC membership as it is for the SDC members. Indeed some of the topics covered were the same as we included in our recent conference in Glasgow, PFAs and technology to remove them from industrial water systems; D65 lighting and how we move to better solutions for colour; regulation and legislation; and circularity and sustainability topics.
